Engulfing Momemtum

The Core Momentum Logic

The strategy is based on the Engulfing Candle—where the body of the current candle completely covers the body of the previous one. However, the "Momentum" aspect adds two critical layers:

• Bullish Engulfing: The current green candle's body must engulf the previous red candle's body.

• Bearish Engulfing: The current red candle's body must engulf the previous green candle's body.

• The Velocity Check: It doesn't just look for a size difference; it requires the "engulfing" move to happen with speed. If the price slowly drifts past the previous candle, the momentum signal won't trigger.
